Dubai Directory ("the Platform") is operated by Diginexa LLP, a limited liability partnership. References to "we", "us" and "our" in these Terms mean Diginexa LLP.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Dubai Directory is a local business directory that helps users discover businesses in Dubai and allows business owners to create and manage their business listings.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your information up to date.
Business owners who list their businesses on the Platform agree that all information provided is accurate and not misleading. We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing that violates our policies.
Listing fees are charged annually. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if the listing has not been approved.
Users agree not to post false reviews, spam, or any content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
All content, branding, and design on the Platform are owned by Diginexa LLP. Users retain ownership of the content they submit but grant us a license to display it on the Platform.
Dubai Directory is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or inaccurate information in listings.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
